Great little company. Very thorough and professional as well as well friendly and happy to answer any questions I had. Felt daft for asking so many questions. They also give good advice and not pressuring you to book a survey with them. Highly recommend.

My experience of this company was superb; friendly and helpful at all times. They arranged an inspection at quite short notice (only delayed by Christmas and New year holidays) and this was carried out on schedule with an extensive and thorough report provided very quickly thereafter. The report was sent to the builder by the company and I can use it to track their response. Given the extent of the report and the items found by the company, I believe it was financially beneficial and not overly expensive. I would definitely use them again and am very happy to recommend them to others.

Very impressed with this company from the moment I picked up the phone. They were incredibly flexible while I was dealing with a difficult developer, and have given me invaluable advice to help rectify my problems.

Initial information and explanation on first contact was good and clear. The snagging report picked up many items that were not obvious to me, so I am very happy with the inspector and company. The office staff were always helpful and professional. Would be happy to use again if I bought another new build property.

We understand that there will always be the odd things missed, however, we had a lot of quite important unidentified snags which we later discovered ourselves! The most office being a hole in the roof. We also had a leak in our bathroom due to lack of mastic which wasn't identified. It turns out the ensuite was also missing this which too was not picked up. For the money spent I would personally not recommend. We've since had neighbours who used other companies who were a lot more thorough.

My new home inspection was organised efficiently and a clear, comprehensive and professional report was issued immediately. The inspector, Graham, phoned me to discuss the report, which was very helpful. The report identified snags which I would not have spotted, and the builder responded positively to it.

What a great service. I would definitely recommend New Build Inspections Limited. Stuart Constable showed up early, even though he'd been stuck in a big traffic jam. He was very through and very knowledgeable, having been in the building industry for 30+ years. I had to attend a Zoom call during his inspection, so Stuart tiptoed around like a mouse. Highly recommend this company and snugging inspection in general. It's a stressful time when buying a newbuild house and the snugging inspection helped to put our mind at ease.
