However I was asked to remove excess glue from the floor myself using either a professional cleaning set which I did not have or washing up liquid. I feel that this should have been part of the contracted work.

When we asked, they recommended; when we chose, they offered guidance; when they turned up, they were early; when they worked, they were church-mice; when they finished, everything was ship-shape; now a few weeks' have passed, it's still as fresh and neat as it was from the start.

Another friend recommended that we should speak to 123 Flooring when we wanted to do our hallway, stairs and landing. We were really glad that we did. Rob was so patient and helpful, taking us through the myriad options, as we weren't too clear on what we wanted! He helped us to decide on flooring that looks fabulous but was affordable for us. We were particularly impressed with the fact that there was no hard-sell, none whatsoever, and Rob even recommended a flooring option that was cheaper than what we thought we may have wanted! All in all it was a really good experience and we are more than happy with the fitting and the look we have now achieved with the help of Rob and Charlie at 123 Flooring.

Charlie helped us at 123 Floor. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We had to wait a while for the carpets we liked as they were out of a stock. Charlie kept us updated by phone and email. The fitters on the day were very professional and did a great job. Highly recommended!
