We used 123 flooring on the basis of a recommendation from a friend. From the off Rob and Charlie couldn't have been more helpful. They allowed us to take samples for us to decide and provided tips and guidance on what may look good, but left the ultimate decision to us. There was absolutely no pushy sales pitch, which made us feel at ease and we would definately recommend and buy from them again without hesitation. The fitting was great and the fitters cleaned up afetr themselves. Overall a job well done

Excellent service. Work carried out when they said it would, it took as long as they said it would (2 days to strip and lay and an hour for sealing the following day). 123 Floor really helped us decide the best option for our bedroom and hall. Their endless patience coupled with years of experience made the process stress free. Fitting was professional and to a very high standard. They were recommend by a friend and we will certainly continue the word of mouth recommendation.

Really nice team in the shop with helpful advice regarding floor options for our bathroom and kitchen. Fitting team did an excellent job and quickly rectified a slight mix up when the bathroom cupboard had been missed off the plan. Overall I would highly recommend 123floor.

Initial sales service was really good, friendly, informative and very accomodating. Problems came with the installation though - not because of the fitters it should be emphasised though. The fitters did a fantastic job, high quality finish and very quick. The problem was that despite the initially positive sales experience, they unfortunately ordered all of the same flooring for the bedrooms, when there should have been 2 different types. They did resolve this quickly though, and things would have still been on time had it not been for the other issue, which was that the skirting board was not there to be fitted. Some did turn up during the initial fit, but we then had to wait 4 weeks or so for the rest of the skirting to be delivered & fitted, which upset the timescales on the rest of the house project we were doing.

The installation was carried out with extraordinary application; in just two days.

Now these boys were really helpfull, no pressure to decide on something and happy to lend sample books. Came round quickly to measure up -when requested - even before we had chosen the materials. Got nice clear quote by email (getting used to that sort of thing) and booked fitters in advance of final colour choice. Very open and up front with advice as to flooring choices, room sizes and possible "waste" of materials when fitting. Their fitters were also nice guys and looked as if they really knew what they were doing. Two fllors done and third booked. Got them to review childrens living room floor and will give them that job as well - once kids choose flooring. Only weakness is lack of "paper" invoices, all done by email which is just a bit too far tecnologically for me.....

We are very pleased with our carpets and can't fault the helpful service we received. The team resolved a problem we had with the fitting quickly and in exactly the right manner. A great service and even better being a local, independent business.
