We had a few configuration problems with our new ProjectEV chargers, they provided brilliant support, specially Ademola Kassim who was very friendly and helped us a lot to do the configuration.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service, I was delighted to be able to get though quickly and to be able to speak to Mohammed who guided me through the connection process easily and efficiently, I needed to contact them twice and was so pleased to deal with the same person both times,which felt lovely and personal in these automated times. My bugbear in dealing with companies today is that I often don’t feel that they have my best interests at heart. I am happy to say this is not the case with Mohammed and your company. I feel I have a great charger with a simple to use app and fantastic customer service. Keep up the good work and look after your staff as they deserve your respect for the great job they are doing. Thank you Mohammed x

I am really impressed with the high level of customer care from Jordan Tague

I am really impressed with the high level of technical knowledge and excellent customer care from Project EV support centre and in particular from Jordan Tague. We had a challenging technical issue which impacted on our capability to access EV charging at a new charging hub we had recently installed - thankfully Jordan was at hand and methodically went through the fault process to identify and remotely fix the problem. Jordan is very polite and gave great customer care so thank you again!

Project EV prefers to upsell than fix broken chargers

I had two Project EV chargers installed in 2021 - one at home and one at work - by the same electrician. The one at home failed so I contacted EV as it was under the 5 year warranty. But of course, they tried to upsell me to the new charger for £299 which I refused. Then they said it would cost £180 to have an engineer attend the site (but the parts would be free) - great! Another company that finds a way to screw you over. When the engineer did turn up after a few minutes he basically blamed the electrician (the same one who installed 2 units and the other unit is fine, btw!) and left. Project EV don’t care to fix the problem and their customer service team is really just a sales team. If one person reads this review and decides to choose an alternative brand then good - next time take care of the customer.

Charging Problems

Very helpful assistance from Jaida-Leigh Esson. Problem with charger, turned out to be a very simple fix, but with very little knowledge of these things just a few basic steps and it was resolved. Thank you.
