Faulty charger - FIXED!

We had a problem with our charger. Engineer scheduled and attended, swapped over the faulty box under warranty - no quibbles. Great service, thanks very much. A process I was dreading in my head before calling.

Superb organisation, excellent, highly trained technicians.

Project EV are a great company, easy to contact and easy to arrange a site visit with the team keeping me informed the whole way. Dave the technician was a true professional and a superb representative for PEV. Whilst on site he demonstrated a vast knowledge of the equipment, problem solving capabilities of our current faults and whilst dealing with each fault he detailed what and why he was doing what he was doing. He fixed our issues in no time and left the site as he found it. Superb service overall and I would highly recommend using this organisation.

Engineer visit to sort non working charger

Engineer visit by Jonathan to sort out our charger that was no longer working. Prompt attendance to appt, good clear info re what he needed to do, work completed in timely manner and cleared away. Excellent service thank you.

Amazing service under warranty.

After 2 and a half years trouble free charging my Project EV home charger stopped working. I contacted customer services who passed me to Harry Gill. Harry very quickly organised an engineer to come to my home and see what was wrong. Alex the engineer was on time, if not a little earlier and very professional, he found the issue straight away and agreed to swap the charger for a new one while he was there. All fixed under warranty on the first call out. Amazing super fast professional service that I would highly recommend. Thank you guys : )

Great, fast online support

Car wouldn't charge over night on my charger at home. Technical service relayed to my request within a few hours and matter was resolved within a few email iterations. Excellent service:-)
