It took sometime but Jaida was superb and finally got my Project EV Charger Connected and Working for me .She had great technical knowledge and was very patient .It was -8’c where I live and not easy to undertake the setting up of the charger with frozen fingers outside !

Jonathan, our engineer today was fantastic. Explained everything and fitted the new charger without any issues. Great asset to the Company.

Engineer arrived early and diagnosed fault, repaired it, tested it and briefed us on the issue all within a short time.

Jonathan was fantastic 2 faulty chargers that wouldn’t connect to 4G network A frustrating 6 hours with no resolution was not because of Jonathan but because of the poor offshore tech support form the manufacturer. Replacement chargers arrived and Jonathan fitted them and had them set up very quickly
