We have had nothing but problems with our Project EV charger. We have an Airbnb let and have had problems nearly every single time guests have tried to us it. Incomprehensible error messages and poor customer service. One agent told us we had to contact the National Grid…. The icing on the cake was 2 days ago when our guests weren’t able to use it (despite having checked it was working with a friend with an electric vehicle a month or so ago) and the customer service office was closed all weekend. We would emphatically NOT recommend this company
