Prompt service. Very helpful Engineer. I would have given 5 stars but another visit is needed as, unfortunately, the Engineer didn’t have the spare part needed - although he did fix the fault that caused the fallout.

My project EV charger stopped working just before Christmas. I contacted the team and found them all so helpful . I wasn’t expecting much communication due to Christmas and New year but the emails kept coming through out. An appointment has been made now for an engineer to visit. Thank you to William

Do not recommend

We have had nothing but problems with our Project EV charger. We have an Airbnb let and have had problems nearly every single time guests have tried to us it. Incomprehensible error messages and poor customer service. One agent told us we had to contact the National Grid…. The icing on the cake was 2 days ago when our guests weren’t able to use it (despite having checked it was working with a friend with an electric vehicle a month or so ago) and the customer service office was closed all weekend. We would emphatically NOT recommend this company

I had to contact ProjectEV after my broadband provider mixed up my iP address. I was lucky enough to get through to William who was able to resync my charger without fuss or worry. 10 out of 10 service.
