Had a problem, solved by Jaida at Project EV.

Had a problem connecting to the Project EV charger via the app, Jaida at Project patiently guided me over a series of emails and tests over 2 or 3 days leading to an engineer visit which fixed the issues. Great service from Jaida and the engineeer. Now have a charger I can connect to and control via their app.

Poor customer service and poor product

We have a Project EV charger model Eva-07s-SE. The associated app will not recognise the chargers serial number when entered manually and won't read the QR code on the charger at all. Emailed the company and got a reply the following day asking for the chargers serial number. Since then I am unable to get a reply and my charger is still unusable Now in March finally got the charger working. Have upped the review to 3 stars. Still took to long and to complicated compared to the Wallbox I had at my previous address.

Fantastic set up support

The support from Harry at Project EV was fantastic. He contacted me as a follow up to a missed call the previous day. He showed great patience and knowledge taking the luddite I am through the set up and I am now happily charging with total control over the charger's use. I could not have expected any more help.

Linking app to charger

Had a great experience with the customer service team. EV charger has been running fine without issue. I had a challenge with the app, contacted customer service and Jaida responded within 30 mins and was able to resolve the challenge.

Project EV support request

Made a call to Project EV for some information on the dashboard and a request for some posters of the QR codes. Lilly sorted out my request within minutes. Fantastic service - Thank you
