Great Service - First Class Representative

Kuran provided a wonderful service in talking me through the stages of linking my EV charger with my home WiFi in order to troubleshoot and get my charger working again. I found it necessary to apologise to Kuran a couple of times due to my shortcomings with technology, knowing my password, etc. On each occasion he demonstrated great patience and understanding - a real professional and first class representative of your company.

Dealing with EV issues is new territory…

Dealing with EV issues is new territory for me so I was very grateful to be talked through the app process by Jaida who was most helpful and very patient. My home charger is tripping out and although she could not immediately solve the issue she was able to assess the problem and instruct an engineer to attend. Top marks!

Much appreciated patience

Having had issues for a couple of months with our electric car charger, Kurian spent over an hour on the phone helping us troubleshoot the issues of the charger not working. After discovering issues with our own wi-fi networks interfering with the charger, Kurian help us multiple times reconnecting the charger to the network, and help update the charger remotely to ensure it fully working. During the process, Kurian was very helpful and patient as the whole process did take a long time. I'm grateful for the help Project EV has provided especially since the charger has been installed for a few years now.
