Having given their customer service 5 stars for their brilliant help in February 2024 it was so disappointing to have such an unhelpful response when I called again on 27.08.24. Our charger has been working like a dream for six months then suddenly it was coming up as “Unavailable” Called for help & was basically fobbed off, being told that the problem was due to charger being further than 8m distance from my router & they couldn’t help until we got a wi-fi extender. Even when I stressed it must be something else as nothing in our system had changed - charger’s always been more than 8m from router, same router, same wi fi supplier. We were basically left with an unusable system as we couldn’t even change from app charging to RFID or plug & charge! We managed to sort it ourselves thankfully using a bit of common sense - we had already checked our indoor circuit breaker hadn’t tripped but then discovered there’s another circuit breaker on the charger itself which had tripped. If only Customer Services could have pointed us in this direction it would have saved us a lot of time & inconvenience. Update on 20.11.24 Project EV have subsequently been very supportive in sorting out our charger problems. All working well now thanks 👍

Fast and efficient- I dialled on Saturday night on the off chance they were 24x7. They aren’t but first thing in business hours I received both a response to my ticket (thanks William Price) and also a call back to check if the missed call was support related.
