Jonathon - Excellent technician

Jonathon the maintenance technician was excellent! Fixed our charger unit and he was a really lovely chap, very clear onward instructions. Super friendly & efficient! NOT Jonathan's fault but we are VERY disappointed that it has taken 5 WEEKS to sort out charging box, causing a huge amount of stress and expense. We will be pursuing reimbursement for the charge points we have had to use.

router change issue solved

The swap out of a router caused a charge point to disconnect, the changing of router details is a relatively simple operation. This could not be completed due to an error message in the app. Having e-mailed the support helpline Jaida responded to my e-mail providing initial guidance and promptly responded to further e-mails sent with results of the guidance provided . Within 15 minutes the issue was narrowed down (to a none project ev device issue) the change over was simply a few minutes activity on another device.

Great company to deal with.

Had a project Ev installed last year and have found it an excellent charger with a good app giving great control and info. Even better is the customer support. I’ve dealt with them a couple of time and always found them really helpful and quick to respond. I would like to thank William Price for his recent quick and friendly help. I Thoroughly recommend this company and there products.

Spot on response from the get go was great…

The response from the get go was great and Lilly handled everything really well even to the extent of hold my hand through the setup that needed tweaking. She kept me informed at all times and I felt safe in her hands. 10/10 Totally recommended proper backup service ( which is hard to find now ).
