Setting up our Project EV charger did not go according plan. I rang for help and Kuran guided me through the process with enormous patience. He discovered the wifi signal was not strong enough. Moving the router temporary closer to the wall where the charger is sitting, did the trick. Router is back at its original place en the car charges like a dream. Very content!

Trying to setup a car charger for a customer and needed some technical advice as it was a wired connection rather than wireless. Rajwinder Kaur was the advisor I was put through too and she couldn’t have been more helpful. Raj was very thorough and helped me troubleshoot everything and had the patience of a saint. Engineer Jonathan Jennings visited us and carried out a warranty repair for a charger that was failing intermittently, He contacted me on the way to give me an ETA, this was very helpfull, he also kept me informed on the progress of the repair, and when completed stayed whilst i tested the charger on a car, he was extremely helpful and professional, the repair was completed in one visit and im a very happy customer! I was having difficulty with the initial set-up process for the Projectev charger app. I spoke to Kuran in the technical department. His patience and determination to solve my issue was faultless. We spent 45mins working through all the settings until he eventually resolved the problem….thank you very much for your patience and professionalism.

Really great service from Antonio Mal in customer service. Patient and customer focused. Took the time to explain my issue and investigate root cause. Fixed the issue within 10mins. Antonio provided confirmation of contact support moving forwards which means I don’t have to wait for a call back. Just email directly. This is the kind of customer service I really appreciate and wish it was more like this with other large corporate companies.
