Really quick response to an issue I had with the app It was a bit of a tricky one not helped by me not keeping passwords. Kuran was extremely patient and helpful and was able to solve the problem.

Initial issues that got resolved

On initial install the EV charger wasn’t working as expected with solar, after logging this with project EV William worked through the issue that was resolved with a new firmware update remotely. The apex charger now worked exactly as expected, so some initial teething problems that all got resolved quickly.

I had a problem with my Project Ev app not pairing with the charger. The advisor named Kuran pointed me in the right direction to solve the difficulty. Quick response to my call and routing to the appropriate person for the issue.
