Upgrade Problem Solved

Upgrade Problem Solved. The recent app upgrade caused significant problems - my car charger would simply stop charging leaving the car not ready for the working day. Finally solved by Lilly after correspondence with others had not helped. Lilly understood the issue and reverted us back to the original app also updating the firmware on the charger itself. We now have uninterrupted car charging! Thank you!

Red lights and not working

Our EV charger developed a fault so contacted Project EV who made plans to visit our office and have the Charger looked at. The engineer/electrician that came was pleasant and certainly knew what to look for, which resulted in a full replacement. The electrician as Jordan was brilliant and performed the exchange very quickly, tested the unit and updated the firmware. Excellent job and greatly appreciated.

Will Price saved the day

After venting my frustrations about the charger not working and difficulties registering the app, finally Will went through everything step by step with me 3 times to link the charger hotspot to my wifi ( I had made a mistake with a password!!) .Finally we are working and charging the car .Many thanks to Will, a patient and helpful advisor.

Problems accessing charger via WIFI

Had problems accessing charger via wifi. Had 2 conversations with tech dept. ( Wade Miller ) Extremely helpful and patient. Prepared to wait while I setup a tablet so that I could continue to use my phone due to WIFI calling only. Got the job done. Couldn't ask for more.

UNABLE TO CHARGE CAR (NO HOT SPOT)

Unable to use ev ap due to being requested to change to electric miles i lost the use of both apps because unable to get hotspot. Spoke to Wade Miller who was a very pleasant and extremely patient person who reinstalled the ev ap and hotspot for me and i cant thank him enough as a person of age
