I've had ongoing problems with my charger since it was installed but Callum realised there was a communication issue with my charger. He booked an engineer to come out, Jonathan who was very polite and professional replaced my unit with no quibble. When I connected to my new charger it was quick and easy - I was very shocked. I clearly had a dodgy unit before causing the issues. Project ev have always been very approachable and I'm glad I chose a Project EV charger.

Had an initial issue with the charger…

Had an initial issue with the charger connecting to the app which meant I could'nt charge. Emailed Project EV and Jaida-Leigh Esson answered almost immediately and guided me through the process and between us got the app working and now my car is charging away nicely. Thank you Jaida, very polite and hellpfull

Project ev charger support

On change of router, after several attempts to sort, including emiles support, and 2 weeks without the charger and being very frustrated. Lily from Project EV stepped in and sorted the problem because of her attention to detail. Also instruction from William helped immensely. All the staff tried to help but wasn't getting anywhere fast until Lily took over the problem. Such a relief, thank you.

Don't change to the Electric Miles App!

Had a major problem when asked to change to the Electric Miles App to control my ProjectEV unit. (I found out there is a bug in the App after trying to use it. Electric Miles confirmed this later.) However, Theo at ProjectEV helped to reset the ProjectEV unit and got it back fully functional again. Theo was exceptionally helpful and patient whilst helping me to reset the unit and get it operational again.
