I had reason to contact Project EV to re enable our company EV charge points.

I had reason to contact Project EV regarding a connection/charging issue. I used the contact through the web support option and was put through to Jaida who dealt with everything promptly and with great customer service. I was back up and running in no time. Thanks.

Charging issue

I firstly submitted a request on sunday it was answered early monday, i replied and again answered directly. Upgrades were carried out and the issue appeared sorted. Very good service from Jaida-Leigh. Jaida-Leigh explained in the emails clearly allowing me to test from my end. Very grateful for the help i recieved.

Best customer service call I've had for years! Farhan could not have been more helpful today, went out of his way to stay on the line and help me get to the bottom of the issue and when we could not resolve it, followed up with an email promptly requesting a service visit(which is a bit slow, but that is what it is!). Great asset to the team - thanks Farhan will keep you updated :-)

Great customer service!

Great customer service! We have been having issues with our chargers so I reached out for some assistance. Jaida was absolutely fantastic - she gave clear instructions for me to try first and when they didn't work she arranged a site visit. She was very professional yet extremely friendly. Fast responses and great service - 5 stars!
