Great response to any issues

Always had a good response to any issue regarding our two EV chargers. I have a report each month on user activity sent to me by email. All customer service representatives I have dealt with have been very knowledgeable. Great help this week from Jaida, thanks. Would recommend this company

Customer services/technical help patient and helpful

We've had a Project EV charger at home for about a year now, installed by Niddside Electricians, no problem at all. Easy to use on the app. Just had a new WIFI at home with a new WIFI code and the charger suddenly became unavailable, rather alarmingly. Rang Project EV and firstly even if you don't speak to someone when you ring they always ring you back promptly without being asked as a missed call. Secondly Wade Miller who called me back couldn't have been more patient and helpful in explaining how effectively to reboot it and update it all so that we are back on line again, phew! All good.

Initial problems - resolved

The initial installation didn't work and the instructions were confusing. There is a helpdesk available and that proved very helpful and useful. Charger is now set up and running fine

Great value charger

Just had my charger installed by a local electrician, the app isn't the best to set up/the tutorial is over complicated. The customer service however is fantastic, I emailed for advise and got a prompt response from William Price, he sent clear instructions and I was able to connect no problem. The charger itself is well built, looks good and works just as well as the more expensive brands on the market.

I was pleasantly surprised by the service from Project EV. I contacted them via the number listed on their website and was attended to in less than 2 minutes by a very helpful professional. Tiyana assisted me in changing a setting on my charger swiftly. Great product and excellent service, I highly recommend.
