Called tech support with questions about how to use app and charger. Spoke to Wade Miller who was knowledgable, patient and thorough. Answered questions about changing various settings in the app. As a result, i feel more confident about the product

Excellent Customer service all round…

Customer service excellent all round from initial contact with on line tech support to home visit. All concerns dealt with promptly & always able to speak to someone! Jordan the engineer arrived having given advance warning of his expected arrival. Very polite & efficient & promptly replaced charger. Thank you very much project EV.

Great experience from start to finish

Communication with the office was really good from the online help through to booking the appointment. The appointment was initially 4 to 5 weeks away but this was pulled forward to about 2 weeks and communication on this was very good. Jordan the engineer on the day was polite, professional and clearly know what he was doing. Very helpful throughout the process. Thanks to all involve
