Technician very helpful but it's becoming frustrating for me.

Had to ring Project EV again today.Phone was answered quickly. Once again the technician was very helpful but it is now becoming frustrating for me because they keep resetting the same thing.The car charged ok last Monday morning between the hours of 12:30 to 4:30 am.This is when I get my lower charging rate with Octopus Go but this Monday Morning,12:30 to 4:30 the charger would only charge for 30 minutes at a time then it would turn itself off.I only charge My car once a week at the moment.If I had to charge the car every day, by now I would be pulling my hair out.One again today the technician has disabled something but this has been disabled quite a few times before.I feel that there is something wrong with this charger because of the amount of time I have had to ring up.I no longer have any confidence is this charger and I feel that an engineer needs to come out and change the charger because I know full well that I will be ringing project EV again very soon.

Today I called Project EV as there was a problem with our EV Charger - it needed a software update and some adjustments to bring it back to fully functioning order. I spoke with Ethan Mills who was absolutely charming, polite and incredibly patient and helpful and is to be commended. My grateful thanks for his efforts in solving the problem

AVOID

Unreliable, constantly suspends the charge on eco+ and doesn't reinitiate. Have to physically replug charger into car to restart. Drains my solar battery as well. My £8 tapo plug is more reliable. Have to babysit the app because it doesn't do what you'd hope it should do! Engineer service is ropy and took 6 months for them to come out and assess the charger. Don't buy it.

Long wait for an engineer

Malfunctioning unit which is under guarantee, already requires repair. The 3.5 week wait for the engineer visit is unacceptably long, in my opinion. If you don't have a plugin hybrid, things could get tricky.

Top Class - Friendly, Helpful, Quick & Efficient

I contacted Project EV to raise some issues with our charging stations. I was quickly and professionally taken care of by Callum who was excellent in talking me through some initial troubleshooting, then when that wasn't successful, he quickly sought an engineer to come help us with our charging stations. Top class customer service. Thank you.
