Had to phone Project EV this morning as I was experiencing problems charging my car with Octopus Intelligent. I spoke with a gentleman called Mr Ethan Mills who I found to be extremely helpful, kind and patient especially when dealing with a 72yr old non tech savvy person.He updated my charger and went through step by step to update my Project EV app so it would work with Octopus. I can’t thank him enough.

PROJECT EV are the best
Well. I had a query on my charger which we had never used before ( it was on the house when we bought it). I spoke to Lily in customer service who went over and above to get the charger up and running for us. It's a pity I can only give 5 stars because that's not enough. If you want a charger choose Project EV their after sales are 2nd to none. Electrical items do go wrong by nature but if they can be mended,there's a 5 year warranty, why do people moan.

Contacted Project EV yesterday as I was having trouble with my car charging due to changing to an intelligent tariff with my energy supplier. The energy supplier was unable to solve the issue so I contacted Project EV, Callum was able to remotely sort my issues under 12hrs, great speedy service, can highly recommend
