It took a while to get to the right solution, but very appreciative of the efforts of William and Lilly in helping resolve a software issue. With new tech coming out all the time and integration of chargers with tariffs and car software its understandable that issues can take some trial and error to resolve.

Great support from Guy at Curve360

It was a straightforward and efficient process to register our EV charger to allow customers to buy charger hours at our holiday let. However when there as a glitch it was very quickly rectified by Guy. Great support !

First charger unfortunately failed under warranty. Immediately replaced by original installer but then second charger stopped working after a month. Was told by project EV it would be approximately 6 weeks to send an engineer (original installer not given option to exchange, probably as this was a charging issue and not the mains connector burning out). Unfortunately this product is not a hairdryer, while I understand electrical/electronic products can fail, the response time is really poor. Currently having to mix charging between very expensive charging stations and very slow 2kw charger at home. Extremely disappointed.

Apex charger great and brilliant service from William Price

Having had to swap out another make of charger which kept failing supposdly on over-voltage when the voltage to my house was fine - I have had no issues so far with the APEX charger. But I did have some queries being new to EV charging (and spooked by the other charger!). William Price handled my query by return - and updated the firmware on my charger remotely - Brilliant service from Project EV and William Price!
