Contacted the support team re my Project EV charger not charging with Octopus Energy which I found a solution to and thought my firmware was old and out of date. Had a reply from Callum within half an hour and he then updated my firmware remotely within 15 minutes which has now resolved the problem I had. Excellent customer service from Callum who was very pleasant who understood my needs and resolved in less than 45 minutes from first contact.

Don't buy this charger if you want to charge your car
Terrible aftercare. Our charger stopped working just before Christmas 2023. The charger is still under warranty so we contacted Project Ev to fix the problem. We have been promised an engineer would visit 3 times now and they have cancelled 3 times. Once due to a mystery illness, once due to a van breakdown and now due to 'another appointment'?! We have now been waiting over 7 weeks for a visit from their engineer. During this time we have had to fork out for expensive chargers and lost valuable time in the process. I wouldn't recommend buying this charger as it has broken after just 2 years. Spend a little more on a better quality charger and they might even honour their warranty. Extremely disappointing. They have promised a visit on Monday so we'll see if they turn up. I won't by holding my breath.
