I had issues with Project EV chargers but..

I had issues with Project EV chargers & payment at a hotel I stay at, but the customer service (Guy in particular) was excellent. If you do have issues, don't get frustrated, contact the staff at PEV & I'm sure if they are like Guy, the outcome will be positive!

The support staff member, Tiyanah, was very helpful and talked me and the installer through the setup of the app to allow access to the EV charger as the system setting had slightly changed. She was very patient and professional. Thanks

Callum was very helpful in getting my charger to operate after the Builder of our new house had left very poor instructions as to how to get it to operate and no one on the site had any experience of how they operated. I had phoned Project EV support line, but all the lines were engaged, but Callum rang me back within an hour to provide assistance. We made arrangements for a convenient time to go through the setup and he rang at the allotted time. He talked me through the set up and we were able to have it working correctly within 20 minutes.

Exceptional service.

After nearly a year and right before Christmas, my Project EV charger stopped working, the settings had become corrupted and I could no longer charge my car. I contacted Project EV through there website and William P responded. What a please to deal with, immediate help, suggestions that got straight to the root cause and a fix. Absolutely delighted, this is what tech support should be like and so often falls short. Too have the help of a human in the UK is great. I would highly recommend Project EV as a result. Well done William

I would like to thank Tiyana who has just helped me get back online with my EV project charger. Tiyana help explain why after switching off one of my frequency and switching to app mode kicked me out of charging. Tiyana was so kind, patient in explaining and waiting for me to check all was okay when we corrected my settings. A great call experience from a very happy, polite person helping me in Tiyana.
