Charger Setting
After several attempts to link my charger to the phone app a visit today from an engineer (Jamie) means I’m able to charge my hybrid vehicle at the best electricity tariff as was always intended. He identified the issue in a quick and efficient manner. All contact with Project EV personnel has been positive and helpful with the only frustration being the length of time taken to reach this point.

I was having an issue with my newly installed EV charger, spoke with someone called Wade Miller, he was very friendly but still professional and had a great product knowledge, not once did i feel that I was being a burden to him. Really big thanks Wade for sorting my problem out and well done.

Can’t thank Ethan Mills enough for his kindness, patience and lovely manner in helping me when my charger stopped working. He advised me what to do in detail (I am not tech savvy) explained and managed to get the charger up and running and advised me how to use the app effectively. Thank you 🙏

Amazing Customer Service
I was helping a friend who was not able to charge the car. Spoke to Ethan and established that the electrician had not commissioned the charger! Ethan was very knowledgeable, patient and guided me step by step and I managed to connect the device to the App and got it to charge! Hope more companies would follow such Customer Service.

Efficient service
Struggling to get my EV to talk to the ProjectEV charger. Rang up and spoke with Wade Miller. Took over an hour to sort with various challenges but Wade was both patient and knowledgable. I wish more customer service centres were as efficient.
