Good response from the Project EV team…

Good response from the Project EV team I emailed and within an hour I had an initial response. The guys corrected the fault and I was able to charge my vehicle the next morning.

Wi-Fi issues

Response from Callum regarding my problem with charger loosing WiFi connection was concise and quick, and was also very informative enabling me to solve the issue. He was also very polite and took the time to listen to the problem I was having and then suggest what might be causing it.
