Callum (Tipler) has been extremely patient with me whilst we tried to enable my Project EV smartphone app when it stopped allowing me to use the "timer" function to charge my electric car. I greatly appreciated the patience as I am 75 and have a lack of confidence when dealing with smartphone apps, we didn't totally solve the problem as I probably need to reinstall the app, but I will now be able to charge up overnight to get the cheap rate, this was my main concern. Thank you, Callum, much appreciated, you were very patient and helpful.
