Technical Help, App problem

Technical help managed to sort out the problem remotely, after I was unable to charge my EV, due app not responding to the settings, also the unit required a firmware update, ant the app was reset to plug and charge. It seems to be working fine now

I wished all staff were like this.

Zak Adams called me as I had an issue with my charger. This call come from me calling them but without leaving a message. What company returns a call from a missed number these days. Outstanding. Zak took ownership of the issue and spent as much time needed to get my charger working again whilst being very patient with an old man like me. ProjectEV are lucky having an employee like Zak. Thank you Zak

I was struggling to use the ev charger…

I was struggling to use the ev charger since moving into a new build. Despite trying to use good old Google to help with the set up as well as trying to follow instructions in the manual. The charger was not charging my car. I managed to get the charger to work with the overuse button but it was only charging at 4miles per hour. I rang project ev abd the call was answered very promptly by technical support. Wade Millar was excellent listening to my issues and what I had been trying to do to resolve them. He was thorough with going through steps in oder to help me connect and manage the charger through the app. He took time to ensure the settings were correct and when changed had saved. He was also excellent t with additional advise in relation to using my solar system with charging and how to over ride the scheduled charge system. After speaking with Wade I feel extremely satisfied with the charger and am now no longer looking at purchasing a different one. Thank you Wade!

We had a problem reconnecting to our EV charger as we had changed WiFi connection Contacted EV support by telephone for which we only waited a couple of minutes We were then connected to support Ethan Mills who talked us through step by step.
