Fast responses and great replacement policy ...

Had an issue with a EV charger 2.5 years old. Although it took 1 week of troubleshooting then a further 2 weeks before a site visit could be arranged when the Engineer William showed up, he without quibble replaced the faulty unit for a brand new one. Emails are usually answered within hours so good fast support. Only criticism is length of time to book a site visit, when its a crucial device to keep your car on the road, 2 weeks can be a long time.

the best service.....

the best service provided by project ev had issues with my charger, complained about it ,they send Jordan coxhead as santa and replaced my faulty charger with new one. Highly recommended project ev for home ev chargers .

Excellent Customer Service

What a fantastic customer service this company provides. I started having problems with my charger tripping out. I first spoke to Phil who was brilliant and arranged for an engineer to come out. They came out a week earlier than arranged and replaced the charger. I then spoke to Wade who reset the app information. He was so calm and understanding. I’m all sorted again now. But the support and help I received was simply amazing. Thank you

Clear guidance from the support team (Leanne on this occasion) which enabled me to work through the issue I was experiencing systematically to the point where I was able to resolve the issue and get my charger back fully operational

The help line called me back the moment…

The help line called me back the moment they opened, the operator ‘Zac Adam’s’ guided me through the set up process and resolved the issue of not connecting to the ‘hotspot’ Just a note, don’t use the installer miles app to set up, just use the project EV app itself. And you should have the issue I had.

Project EV customer support

My app stopped working and wouldn’t connect to my charger. I called the support team and spoke with Tiyana. She was extremely patient and took me through the complicated process of reconnecting my phone to the charger. She even called me back when we got disconnected twice. Brilliant service !
