I had an issue with wall charger and i spoke to Jordan Tague who sorted it out within minutes, very pleased with the service and the professional manner would definitely recommend Project EV many thanks.

Poor quality unit, poor customer service.

Had this unit just over 3 years, around the 3 year mark it started to intermittently fail to charge, a few months later it failed totally. Opened up the unit and it was burnt out inside on the outlet (not the power in) !!.. My Electrician says loose connections from the factory!. Spoke to Project EV who basically couldn't care less..they offered another unit at £300 or a fix for £180 but my Electrician would need to come and upgrade the RCD ( this was at a cost to me of £275). My experience was very disappointing and I would say find a better unit who also offer better customer care, I went for Hypervolt, quality is on another level compared to Project EV.

Shiv is a star, reliable, patient and expert

Shiv was amazing. I am a dinosaur with all IT and he was so kind, patient, knowledgeable and determined to sort out my problem coupling car charger to the app An absolute star and a credit to the company

Charging off peak

I was experiencing difficulties with charger timing. A quick call to Shivjit Technical support was very useful and helped me to set it to charge off peak. Technical crew very patient and allowed me time to set it up.

Johnathan the engineer turned up on time and promptly set about the replacement of my faulty charger and helped me set the new ev charger up all in all a excellent service.

Project EV vehicl Charger

I purchased a Project EV vehicle charger and called their technical desk to help set up the app. I spoke to Shivit Soggi who was extremely helpful guiding me through the process and the app and charger are working fine now. Shiv=v was extremely knowledgable about the product. Thank you

Exceptional Customer Care

Had an issue with a recently purchased Curv Central heating Boiler Control System. After making contact by email and explaining the problem I was immediately contacted and was reassured that this would be resolved by sending a replacement. Indeed within days it arrived and is now fitted and working well. I only wish other companies would provide this high level of customer care. Thank you Project EV and staff especially Harry and Jordan.

Very quick and helpful service.

I was having issues with my EV charger connecting so rang customer services snd was put through to tech support straight away. Harry talked me through everything and made sure I was connected properly to the internet and app was fully updated. Very quick and helpful service. Thank you!
