Rajwinder assisted me in setting up the charger after a WiFi router change. It was a complicated process but she explained and waited until all was set up even though it was after the time she should have finished, which was appreciated.

Project EV - very poor and very unhelpful

Our internet provider recently sent us a new router (a common occurrence in most households) and the project EV app stopped working. I tried all the tutorials and eventually called their support team. They took me through the same sequence of trying to link up the new router to the app. All without success. I was informed I needed a technician to come out but as it was under warranty, it would not cost me. However, they tell me it will be at least 2-3 weeks meaning that to continue using my car, I have to use a motorway service supercharger station until they fix it. The alternative is to get an installer to look at it but that wouldn't be covered under the warranty and he may not be able to fix the problem anyway. Great help that was. The app is a disgracefully bad piece of software with a constant stream of 'execution failed', 'error' 'you don't have permission' type messages. Not the first issue I have had with the app but they don't seem to care.

Contacted the Helpdesk as I couldn't charge the car and got a really quick response over email, followed with a phone call to talk me through checking the settings. All felt painless and the advisor (Shiv) was really helpful and patient. Full confidence to get back in touch with them if I have any other problems.
