Completely useless
Completely useless, the bun bar pops open and is not secure at all and the regular pony I’d do not hold up my hair. Total waste of money and you have to pay for return shipping. Which is a joke, ‘money back guarantee’. Totally disappointing product. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.
£11.15 import duty to UK
To receive their parcel i had to pay £11.15 import duty on top of what I'd paid for postage. When I complained I was informed it was all in the Ts&Cs and it was my fault for not checking. The information is there but not obvious or clear. They are definitely not worth the cost without even using them!

Unfortunately I’ve struggled with my hair. To put it simply it’s thin and with that it has no volume! After looking at tutorials and advertisements I thought hey this looks promising. To my disappointment it was not. It does not hold my light weight thin hair up. The ponyo comes out or flops down from where I tie it up.
Not at all like the ads
Not at all like the ads. My hair is thick so I got the biggest pony o and it would not stay in my hair! I watched tutorials for days, thinking I was doing it wrong but no, it just doesn't work. The bun bar is a joke. Doesn't have any kind of wire in it to make it stay in an O shape once you roll the hair down. You have to have enough hair to make it stay that shape so thin haired girls, you're out of luck. I have enough hair that it worked but with the pony O falling, my bun was quickly sagging. Total waste of money!!
Too dear
I have tried ordering off a few websites and the price keeps going up. Realistically it’s a hair tie . . I was happy to pay £12 for 2, got to pay pal and it was £30. Sorry who pays £30 for 2 hair ties lol? Girls if u want a full pony, buy a hair piece for £15 and thank me later! X

This product was a complete disappointment. I bought both sizes to try to see if at least one of them held up to their advertisement and it was a flop. I had to pay for shipping for it to get to me with excitement and expectation that it will live up to what they say it does. The fact that they expect the customer to pay for the shipping back to them says a lot about their company. They integrity doesn’t match up.

Very expensive for something that doesn't work. I brought the bun bar alone without the hair tie, thinking I could just use a normal hair band (I mean why not, right) and it worked great on my waist length, very fine hair. Looked great when I rolled my hair up into the bun shape but there's no way to secure it in place so it pops open and makes a horse shoe shape bun instead. Completely useless. Do not buy
Pleasantly surprised, for now anyway.
So I ordered a pony-0 2.0 and a bar to make my hair into a bun. I ordered them will the full expectation of them to be rubbish but thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt as it only came to just over 15 pounds. A bit of background about my hair. I have fine hair but a lot of it. It's floaty, it's wavy, it's straight, it's textured, it's smooth - it literally doesn't know what it wants to be. It's also quite long and sits just over my bra line. I struggle with mt hair due to health issues and this was a final "we'll see what happens" before I got the big chop. I tend to wash my hair and myself or my husband puts it into a pony tail or bun. The problem with this is my hair snaps, it matts (because there are honestly some days I don't have the energy or pain threshold to take it out and do it again) and it just stays like that all of the time aside from a rare occasion of going out for something special. The pain this caused with headaches though was insane. It didn't matter what kind of hair tie I used, the pain was ridiculous. Anyway, my 2.0 and bar turned up yesterday. I brushed my hair, stuck it up in the 2.0 and slept with it. It hardly budged and that's the honest truth. I was sceptical about it holding all of my hair up because it mentions the 2.0 is for sections of hair but here we are - it's holding all of my fine but think hair. The bar I'm 50/50 on. Did it create a bun? Yes, of sorts. But I'm not sure it will stay up and as secure as the 2.0 on its own due to the extra weight/bulk. However, the bun I managed to do wasn't too bad, I just think I need a little practice or, that my husband will be able to manage it better than my because of pain in my arms and hands. I've put my 2.0 back in today... No headaches. I didn't have a head ache when I woke either. My hair isn't matted and it wasn't a chore to put my hair back into a ponytail (I have bad dexterity issues and pain for clarity - putting in bands can cause a significant amount of pain for me and/or severe cramping. It hurts. A lot). The 2.0 hasn't caused that yet. The bar was definitely more fiddly and caused a bit more pain because of scrunching it but again, nothing compared to hair ties. I've read reviews and I'm honestly surprised by some of the bad ones. In terms of ordering the wrong ones, it does clearly state what is what on the website and what should be used for each type of hair. If they offered free replacements and free shipping to everyone, they'd be out of pocket. In regard to them breaking too. I'm 50/50 on this argument. Hair ties break and yes you can get bulk for cheap but for me, the damage to the hair and the pain they cause isn't worth it. I've also gone through a pack in a month because of them breaking so I'd expect this to at some point also. If my 2.0 was to break in a month, it would be a shame but I wouldn't be devastated and leaving 1* reviews. There's also people who have said they've lost out on big bucks... Don't order bulk of a product you haven't tried in the future. It sucks, I've been there, but maybe this is a lesson learned the hard way. As said, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt for now and re access in a couple of months.
ABSOLUTELY LOVE this product!
ABSOLUTELY LOVE this product!! Makes my thin hair look thick. Very impressed with the quality. I had an issue with my order and customer service helped me right away. Highly recommend.
Long, thick hair
I have long, thick hair. Product doesn't even hold in a low ponytail. PonyO said I could return but because of shipping charges didn't. I wanted them to know their product isn't worthy of their claims.
