Taxi did not wait.

I booked a taxi for 20:30 via the app. Taxi arrived at 20:23. I arrived outside to meet the taxi at 20:34. At 20:36 I received a message informing that my taxi had been cancelled due to 'no show'. So the driver was unable to wait 4 minutes for me to finish my job as a nurse within the hospital emergency department?? Surely I was not timed from 20:23 as my taxi was not booked for that time so why would I be available and waiting? Appalling service, particularly considering they themselves operate a 15 minute window, and as a regular service user, I have had many taxis arrive late, beyond the confirmed booking time. I will never use this service again.

Fantastic service

ood afternoon, I wanted to say a massive thank you for the service I received I’ve been struggling with complex health issues which have left me unable to drive due to medication. I’ve been struggling to find a reliable taxi service to take me to work, on time 3 days per week 24/7 taxi has provided a brilliant solution to my problem. They were recommended to me by another taxi driver whom I had contacted seeking help. Their cars are immaculately clean and all drivers are very friendly. I’m very impressed with the service I’m getting. They’ve never let me down so far, it’s such a huge relief to have found a friendly, safe and reliable service

We booked and payed for a mode of transportat to take our family of 10 to Gatwick and back. The company were aware that we were traveling with four children aged 7months, 3 years, 4years and 6 years and that we would provide car seats for each of them. The vehicle provided lap belts only therefore we were unable to adequately secure any of the seats. Reluctantly it was agreed the baby would travel up front with the driver as it was the only 3 point belt available. Despite the driver agreeing that it was unsatisfactory a similar vehicle was sent for the return journey. This time the driver wouldn't all the bady to travel up front as her seat obscured the mirror. We totally understood this but it meant she had to be held the whole way home. We feel we didn't get what we requested and payed for and that the children were put at risk. The company reluctantly offered a £50 refund, amounting to£12.50 per child.

My 14 year old daughter was missing

My 14 year old daughter was missing. Her mum received a text from her number saying she'd booked a taxi with this firm. Half an hour later another text saying the cab was unavailable and rearranged, half an hour still the same again. I called the company to get some clarification without mentioning any names or addresses to be told they can't confirm a booking problem due to data protection. Spoke to the manager this afternoon only to have the same response. It cannot be data protection if no data is shared, just awkward and cold to the situation for no good reason. Avoid this clown outfit and book another company, any other company! Thankfully she did eventually turn up in a taxi but seriously this is a firm of first class clowns. The reviews on here say enough. Don't trust this company to carry your loved ones.

Disgusting behaviour from a male driver (can only describe him as having a plaster across his fat nose!) Thinks he owns the road, see myself and cars behind me coming down a narrow road and continue to drive at me, then hung out of his car window and called me a w****r ! by a primary school! Disgusting behaviour!!!

I would like to thank one of your drivers for helping me yesterday 08/02 on the sea front I was trying to get a ticket at the machine and it kept cancelling the payment by card and I had no change so after me attacking it the cab driver called me over and changed up a note for me he really did help me out Next time I need a cab I will use you

Ripped off: doubled the price

Saturday 13th January 2024. Out with a few friends in Battle. 1 friend took a 247 cab back to Westfield about 9.30pm (we're middle aged men- that's late): 4.6 miles, £12.00 charged. I asked driver to return to take me to Salehurst and he arrived back in Battle at 9.49pm. Pleasant and friendly enough driver. My journey was 6.6 miles. SO now's the sting: The driver pulled that tired old phrase: "sorry mate, card machine won't work". Righto. Nothing wrong with the mobile reception here actually. So this meant I had to go inside and hunt around for cash. On a pro-rata rate I reckoned it should have cost about £17.00. Call it £20 being rural (it's all rural around here isn't it??) Call it £25 with a tip. No... £35.00. So not only was it a nearly double price rip off, driver DR030 got to pocket all the cash.. Should have read the reviews first...

Abuse and threatening behaviour from driver at 247 Taxi Hastings

I want to report an incident that happened at 11:36am today involving me and one of your drivers. I was crossing on a public traffic light controlled crossing in Hastings town centre. A vehicle displaying your company logo: Reg No: MH19 HLA being driven by a male in his thirties with a beard, sounded its horn several times and your driver opened his window shouting and swearing abuse at me from inside the vehicle, there was also a passenger in the vehicle with him. Admittedly, I crossed at the wrong time, but I could not easily see the traffic light colours due to the low in the sky bright sun light. Your drivers actions and threatening behaviour was not acceptable.

Would have given a minus if I could. Booked a taxi yesterday for 1.15 to 1.20 today to train station unwound to Gatwick to catch a flight. Taxi arrived at 1.39 (1 minute after the train had left the station) Not even an apology. Terrible service do not use!
