Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Horrible driver's experience I booked for a 6 seater with the kids and was charged for 2 extra minutes because I made sure all the kids have their seatbelts on and secured. I then called customer service to complain and get a response from a loutish and insensitive man in the position of a customer service saying "he does not know anything".
Pre-booking absolutely pointless!
Pre-booked a taxi the day before for a pickup. Was told that a driver would be at least 15mins later than I booked. I do not see the point of pre-booking if they can't keep to the booking. This was a highly important appointment that I will now be late for. Terrible service. Would NOT recommend if you want to be on time.
90 percent of the time they're never on…
90 percent of the time they're never on time for pre booked bookings!! Why would I pre book if I didn't have to be somewhere at a specific time??! If I book for earlier than I need then lo and behold they turn up on time and I'm early... If weather is bad or its a busy time, plan for that when you have advance bookings

Extremely specifically said *********, barnhorn road, Bexhill. Taxi company chose to ignore this and taxi driver decided to go to Battle instead. Before this, they said they'd be 25 mins max or under. They then decided to take one hour and a half before we had any idea. I guess because they chose to go to a different location than very clearly specified. Never known a taxi company so idiotic.
UNFAIR - charged extra without telling passenger
my daughter booked taxi and waited at location in Hastings. At exactly the ETA no-one was there so she called up and they said 'he's on his way'. then taxi turned up. BUT she was charged waiting time extra on top of the fare even tho the driver was late, not her. very unfair and unlawful. drivers should not charge extra to girls for NO REASON
Perfectic, Diabolical Airport Service
On 2 separate occasions I have booked a cab, over 2 hours in advance to take me to the airport, Also phoning their office to clarify, " it's to the airport so please make sure the cab is on time " The first time it happened the cab was over 30 minutes late, Missed the flight, This one is 15 minutes late, Diabolical airport service.

Quoted 15 minutes, called after 25…told 5 minutes, called after another 10, was told ‘soon’ 40 mins later and no communication!
Never on time
Never on time, I’m constantly late for work, drivers usually start the wait time before they even get to you it’s absolutely ridiculous
Totally crap if you need a cab on time
Totally crap if you need a cab on time. Booked a cab for 7 am explaining its for a train and must be picked up at 7. WHEN I BOOK FOR A TIME I NEED IT FOR THAT TIME! (This complaint is not the drivers fault) I am now having to drive myself to Gatwick to get my plane. Five to 7 I call to check where is the taxi is and ensure knows where going. Reply from controller was polite but just kept repeating I should have been told there is a pick up window of 10 mins after booking, which he then increased to 15 mins window. Driver called and said he won’t be there until 717 and turns out he was only allocated the job at almost 7. Completely useless. Alternative going forward is to book 15 mins earlier and make the taxi wait for the correct time.
