We knew what we were looking for going in, so weren't starting entirely from scratch. However, our salesman James was very helpful in walking us through the finish options and otherwise giving us a "bespoke" feel to the purchase. He also helped steer us away from some products we were looking at towards other that had better designs and fit well with what we were going for, even when they were cheaper than our initial selection. Would absolutely shop here again, and plan to next time we want to get some fine furniture.

Susan made my experience great, so far! I just ordered. I must say I love the design of the furniture manufacturer. What I am not sure of is the online ordering of furniture, and that is the reason for a 4 and not a 5 star. I am not a fan but it is the way of the world right now. If this furniture meets and exceeds my expectations I will be writing another review in a year or so. But Susan who manages one of their galleries is fabulous.

The King’s Road gallery is amazing, with many wonderful, eclectic pieces to view. The service is also exemplary: warm, friendly, not pushy at all. Few places these days will welcome you with a cup of coffee or a glass of bubbly. Love it!
