We just received our couch (small nest white linen) and could not be happier with it! It is so comfortable and gorgeous, it totally elevates the reception area. We've also had 5 star experience with our TO Senior Ambassador, Gary who helped us out initially in the store and has been so helpful along the way. The couch also arrived almost 2 months ahead of schedule. Thank you Gary!

I attended a networking event in August - the first time I had stepped into a Timothy Oulton gallery. Four months later and I have just taken delivery of two serpentine sofas (velvet navy and velvet melting paisley) along with four cushions. Neola is an asset to Timothy Oulton and was very knowledgeable and an expert in her field. Sofas are fantastic quality and are the centre piece of the lounge now! Stunning gallery and an amazing shopping experience. Second to none customer service from the store ambassador Roberta Mosseri, who was very welcoming, helpful and so patient with me. Creativity and luxurious feel throughout! Loved the collection of their mirrors, lighting and the side tables made of tree logs inside the glass. First class items! And a big WOW for the Apollo capsule! Visiting this place takes you on a fab journey to various times and places as they have a great selection of futuristic, vintage and Art Deco inspired furniture and home accessories.
