I was really delighted to have booked myself in for the incredibly creative Timothy Oulton experience in Tottenham Court Road, London. Thomas Payne (assistant manager) was absolutely amazing. His customer service skills were great! I was made comfortable and very well looked after. Also, Thomas told us some exciting stories about the unique pieces, he provided valuable advice and guidance. Thomas simply went above and beyond. I can not recommend him highly enough! Tracey went through all the different options, designed a sofa combination using the measurements of my room and we decided to place the order after a week so. heading back over to visit this week to probably buy another arm chair that Tracey introduced us to, and considering potentially purchasing a chandelier in a few weeks - we are still thinking hard about that

Kurt was knowledgeable, attentive and puts the the customer first, whilst Chloe is calm, charming, kind and engenders trust.
