Carline, Chloe and Kurt are just the friendliest and welcoming people.They are so knowledgable and they will help you find just that particular item that enhances your living space. The experience of being in the Gallery, having everything explained and helping you design your home or workspace by them is one of a kind. I have felt and seen that the client's contentment and happiness takes center stage here. A special Shop/Gallery and a very special group of Creative interior designers. T.O. has a very distict style and you might feel drawn to it but still feel a bit apprehensive. Don't be. They will help you find just that piece that will complement your own style. I have been a long time client and collector of Timothy Oulton and felt compelled to write in praise of my new SA, Marcos Lazzarotto in the King's Road London store. Please note, this review is completely unsolicited and is the first I have given in relation solely due to quality of customer service. Marcos has been nothing but exemplary in his dealings with me and my family. He has great knowledge of the TO story, product line (past & present) and will go out of his way to help, give advice without obligation and make one feel 'at home' in the store, even when a sale isn't on the cards. TO should be very proud to have such an ambassador on their team and for sure he has made me appreciate my relationship with the brand (which I sometimes go in and out of love with) and the various pieces I own even more.
