My wife and I visited the Tottenham Court Road Branch and instantly loved the Timothy Oulton style. Whilst looking around we were made to feel very welcome by the friendly and helpful staff. Thomas, the assistant manager was great and sent us all the measurements and options of the items we were interested in and our items are now ordered! We have a bit of a wait but at least it gives us time to clear some of our existing furniture! So far, a great experience.

Today my wife and I visited the Timothy Oulton outlet store in Abergavenny for the first time. What a dazzling, sumptuous array of furniture and beautiful pieces! And a charming, helpful and well-informed member of staff. We are in limbo at the moment, having moved out of our home but not moving into the new house for several weeks ... We will be back!!
