VOIP connection.

When I first contacted Phonely, they talked me through the procedure very clearly. Katie explained what VOIP was and I went ahead with them, feeling satisfied. I was kept in contact with during the time I was waiting for the BT engineer to put full fibre into my property. When the connection went live, Katie from Phonely rang me to let me know, and to make sure everything was working as it should. Top marks, thank you.

excellent service thank you

Connecting us was not easy, we are totally off grid and use satellite internet and phone. Transferring from one VOIP (voice over internet protocol) service to Phonely's VOIP had some technical problems. Laura and the technical team at Phonely persisted and sorted out the issues. Many thanks.

Straightforward and helpful

The process of transferring our phone number over was very straightforward, and all the Phonely staff I spoke to along the way were helpful and pleasant to deal with.

well im finally with the phonely family…

well im finally with the phonely family took a few calls between them and me talking to talktalk as they were being a pain in the bum, but all the time the ladys katie and laura were being very nice and reasuring me everything will be ok, not been with them long but hoping to have a long future with them, you call them and feel like your talking with a long time friend,

First Class Customer Service

From making the first phone call to Phonely until the getting the line connected, Kay and Katie provided excellent customer service. They dealt with each call professionally but all questions were answered in a friendly manner. Very happy with the whole experience.

Excellent Service

The agent we spoke to was so helpful. Easy to use equipment but she still helped us through the set up as we were not sure. She made sure we were good to go before ending the call. 5 Stars to her!!!! I would recommend this product works great and is very cost effective.

FIRST CLASS SERVICE

FIRST CLASS SERVICE. After hitting nothing but problems, with my previous supplier. B T it was a pleasure to find PHONELY on my internet search for some one who would supply a phone service. Without having to have their internet provided as part of the deal! They ensured that we kept our number, (which B.T told me that I would lose, even if I stayed with them). And e mailed regularly with updates to keep me informed of progress. Going so far as to contact me, to ensure connection was complete. EVERYONE I have dealt with has been helpful and very POLITE.

All we needed was a seamless transfer…

All we needed was a seamless transfer away from BT for our landline, which is exactly what happened. We are rural and our broadband is supplied by a seperate company. BT are at best useless, costly and a minefield. These people are clear, simple and very helpful. Definitely recommend.

Only just joined and called support …

Only just joined and called support and they were fantastic and got my problem sorted and nice with it. This old git was really helped out and talked through, hell, I love this company already, Leslie
