Brilliant Service

Had a slight issue so reluctantly phoned support, imagine my delight when I spoke to a human being who actually understood my issues and more importantly cheerfully resolved my issue very quickly, cannot rate Phonely highly enough. Brilliant service.

I've only just signed up for a VOIP…

I've only just signed up for a VOIP service. So far the service, communications and delivery have been exemplary - professional, thorough, yet friendly and very responsive. On a 1 to 100 scale I'd put them at 100, and BT at 3 (that's being generous to BT)

The whole experience of dealing with…

The whole experience of dealing with Phonely from my first tentative enquiry to getting my phone up and running has been absolutely superb. I can’t remember dealing with a more customer focused company. Katie the advisor who has been handling my installation is the most proactive person I have dealt with. She has been ahead of the curve consistently, a real credit to Phonely. If only more companies followed the example set by Phonely life would be so much easier. Thank you to Phonely, and thank you to Katie. Monday felt so much better today!

Total failure - No workking VPN phone

You have failed to provide our VPN phone service. This should have started on 04-07-2024 but phone service is dead.

The whole process was easy I was able to keep my old number and it was much cheaper! Your call centre staff are very friendly & efficient. What's not to like!
