After weeks of trying to port our house number after we had moved house, and thinking I had lost it, I tried Phonely. These folks went above and beyond. Given that I live with my nearly 88-year-old widowed father, who suffers both from hearing problems and a general bewilderment with new technology, it was a great relief to be able to talk to Katie about our Yealink portable handset, lately put out of action by a 'planned outage' from our electricity suppliers, and to discover that there was a simple solution to the problem, which I shall remember for the future if this ever arises again. All this occurred at the end of a day out with a friend of mine, and I'd very much hope that those can continue on an occasional basis for the foreseeable future!

No WIFI - 48 hrs
Having been without wifi for 48 hrs and had call divert placed on my home number!! Contacted Katie. Understood my problem! read my notes and completed the changeback very quickly! very helpful and cheerful! made me feel wanted as a customer even at 78 years of age!
