No long wait for ages to talk with polite and helpful staff. Zoe is good to have a bit of banter with and sorted out a technical question no problem. Phonely are a company who are up with the best for customer service. Keep up the good work .

Over the years I have had telecom companies who do not care and stick to scripts. Mark and Kelly have been 100% helpful. I asked quite a few questions and got straight answers to each one. I needed to set up VoIP

I needed to set up VoIP to keep my present phone and phone number but using the internet router and not the BT copper wires. Phonely, found on google, did an excellent job. Answered the phone quickly, very helpful and clear, supplied required adapter quickly, arranged porting of my current phone number. It all workrd, A wonderful job by phonely.

UK based (Norwich) based call centre…

UK based (Norwich) based call centre who are prompt and courteous, checking facts with their relevant tech people before giving an answer. Super competitive pricing and even supplied an OAP friendly phone with an SOS lanyard for my mum. The website and dashboard are clear and simple to use. I'd give them 6 stars if I could. Other telecoms providers should take note. This is how to do it.

Top class help service greatly appreciated.

On 21st August 2024, I required guidance on various actions to take to get my new phones working. The help I was given by telephone was top class & my advisor (Laura) was very friendly, patient and efficient throughout the entire process. Her help made the necessary actions straight forward & I appreciated this greatly.

Very helpful

Very helpful, from start to end of set up, so nice dealing with a company that actually cares for their customers. Also you can actually talk to someone on a phone, very rare these days. Katie has been fantastic. Porting our original phone number over from Sky was a breeze, everything is working fine lovely clear line. I would thoroughly recommend Phonely.

Quick easy sign up BUT

Quick easy sign up. Wasn’t aware of the 12 month contract as I only needed a landline short term. Now have to pay to cancel.

Phonely provided a great service

Phonely provided a great service, with no fuss, that allowed us to move our existing land line number and migrate to their voice over IP service, so we can disconnect our existing analogue phone service. The process was simple with great support and worked flawlessly. I would recommend them to anyone. In addition they have an app that allows you to ring from your telephone number from anywhere and provides cover when your house has a power failure.
