The customer services are first class

The customer services are first class in this company. They are quick to answer any questions and sort out any problems which may have occurred. I would like to give Martin a special mention as he was very helpful and patient when I made my initial contact. Also Katie for her excellent help and always getting back to me whenever I had a query. My only disappointment is the fact that I can't download the Phonely app. My mobile is using Android 11 and apparently the app is for Android 12 and above. Apart from that, all is working well. Thank you Phonely.

Great service

Spoke to Laura today. She was so superbly helpful. I had my phone number disconnected by my previous supplier as I had cancelled my contract. Laura provided me with a new number which connected straight away I plugged in my adaptor. She was helpful cheerful and knowledgeable. Likewise Mark who I initially spoke to when wishing to transfer my line to Phonely. Great service from the company and would definitely recommend.

A problem solved in a most helpful, friendly way

My enquiry was dealt with in a very competent and pleasant manner. With help I was able to find out what was wrong and find a solution. It all took a bit of time but I was treated very politely the whole time. I am very satisfied. Well done Phonely!!

Today I used the live chat as I had a query regarding our new landline phones. They dealt with my query within minutes and sent me screenshots to show me what to do, I would happily recommend this company.

Great Customer service. Good saving

Great service from the team to help move my number to digital. Also saving me a lot on money compared to BT. Good scam protection, I can also answer my landline on my mobile, handy when you are expecting a call, but have to go out.
