They don't buy anything on this site they are lying that the order is on the way they say it will come next week and the next week they are repeating the same and there are already three weeks of promises that the order will arrive soon. I will never go shopping on this site again.

Was disappointed that website did not offer option to pay in full but only allowed payment by instalments which I would have preferred to avoid. Now I am disappointed that I still have not received product ordered well over promised timescales.

Much like others, my order failed to arrive despite tracking number saying it had been. Promises that it would arrive "very soon" never materialised. Hopefully promised refund will be made, but issue raised with Klarna. Personally I wanted to believe these guys were legitimate, but my experience says otherwise and suggests 5* reviews are fake, especially as all the 5* reviewers have never reviewed before. Trustpilot needs to deal with fake reviewers. Avoid. Claim that refund issues appear false too, Had to raise case with Klarna. Lies, Lies and more lies! Please avoid this company. Save yourself a lot of hassle.

Order not arrived after over 1 month. Still waiting. Tracking not working also.

Never got the bbq and kept saying on its way had to claim money back via klarna… do not use!

Ordered a karcher K3 26 June and had to cancel order when no delivery after three weeks with several deadlines missed. On a plus point like another reviewer said, communication by email was fine with my emails answered very quickly. Refund only took a couple of days through Klarna, which suggests they are not scammers. Garstore really need to sort out their delivery system and do some test runs to check out what is going wrong.

Absolute scam! Have been waiting a month only to be told my order is still "awaiting shipment"! Luckily I paid with klarna pay later so can pause payment until items arrive (which I highly doubt they ever will!) Online chat useless and just goes round in circles. AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE!

Looks like I'm not the only person who they scammed. I placed an order with them on the 14TH of June for a Hayter Lawnmower which not did this not arrive but in fact imported from china even though Hayter only manufacture in Britain which again got the brain storm going was this website legit but I still gave them the benefit of doubt. On the other hand the communication with the store alone is shocking. My Parcel had arrived into the UK but is still stuck at Royal Mail Fleet DO. I contacted them who said the Parcel did not have the correct name and address as to which they could not help me or confirm if it was my lawnmower. I contacted the store and was told that I would receive a new tracking number due to some parcels not having the correct details on and there was a miscommunication with their suppler and would now need to wait for a new tracking number and no doubt wait the 2 weeks delivery time yet again for nothing to arrive. Still yet to receive my mower but in all honest I have given waiting around for useless replies. Contacted Klarna and my current bank provider which hopefully they will refund the money. PLEASE AVOID THIS WEBSITE UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING SCAMMED AND LIED TOO.
