100% Scamers. I bought the K5 pressure washer over month ago and still nothing arrived. The give me tracking number to keep me quiet and on delivery day I noticed the parcel going to not my address so I contact with Royal Mail and they told me the parcel have different name and address. And now they not answering on website chat.

Absolute scammers, ordered a bbq Webber, money taken by Klarna, no bbq arrived, phone number not working, chat not working, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Order made for lawnmower 6th June. Like others a handheld cheapo thing arrived 3 weeks later. Store contacted by phone and email. Initially sounding promising - aim for pick up of wrong item and delivery of mower in 1 week. Contacted 10 days later - phone line disabled. Email - no response. I would avoid this store at all costs.

Dodgy company….avoid! Ordered 2 items on 16th June. Was told delivery will be 8-10 days. 4 weeks later, order was cancelled suddenly. No explanation whatsoever. Should have trusted my gut instinct about the company which triggered some warning bells at the beginning. Paid through clearpay on credit card so let’s see how long it takes to get the money back.

I think this is a young company trying to ship products from China and having problems with that due to Covid and global issues. This then makes the delivery timelines really long - however they always respond to any communication on their email and refunded me very quickly after I informed I was unable to wait that long. I don't think they are a scam, I think they are a company that is just starting and having issues with importing products. Will use them again if they can sort out their deliveries.

Here we go - Ordered power tool 3 weeks ago, then order status was updated to awaiting shipment last week but never got them delivered! Absolutely scammers! Please don’t fall into the trap by just looking into some 4/5 stars reviews and their innocent replies they are all fake! Will you get refunded? Yes but obviously after 4/5 weeks depending on what time you requested for the refund which you could have used somewhere else for important purposes! Its like lending them money interest free! I can assure you that! Hoping to get my money back! Just avoid this site and thank me later! If you are a normal human being don’t buy stuff off this site! That’s my life’s valuable 10 minutes I will never get back! Stay away - stay wealthy!!

Scam, item was not dispatched for a few weeks, then a tracking was uploaded. 2 weeks later the tracking said delivered. I tracked it on Royal Mail and it shows a photo delivered with a small tiny parcel on some one else’s door step with an Indians foot in a sandal in the photo

Wouldn't use this company! Ordered a sander 9 days ago and paid outright. No email confirmation received so I called after 5 days. The guy was rude and said he'd look in to it and get back to me later on that day. Surprise, no contact since and now the phone number on their website (the one I originally called) is now unobtainable!!! Called Klarna (they're a joke as well) and was told it will take around three weeks to get my money back. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
