The experience was truly remarkable. Three of us traveled from the U.S. with different goals, and left very satisfied with our outcomes and with the care we received. We were picked up at the airport as promised and were taken to our hotel. The next morning we were greeted by our nurse, Buse, and taken to the hospital where bloodwork and tests were done in preparation for our surgeries. We met with our surgeon Serhat Dündar who discussed our wishes and expectations. Once we were released from the hospital after our surgeries, we were taken to the drug store where Buse helped us with our prescriptions. Our follow-up visits were done almost daily at the hotel by Buse and Cansu who were both attentive, sweet, kind, and professional. Everything was very well organized and we were extremely pleased not only with the level of care we received, but also with the results of our surgeries. I would highly recommend MCAN to anyone thinking about having surgery.

The decision to have a hair transplant is a nerve-racking one, to have it done in another country where English isn't the first language is also scary. I was recommended MCAN by a friend who had his done first and if it wasn't for him I wouldn't have had it done at all. This was my second transplant and both times were overall good experiences. All transfers to and from the airport, clinic and hotel were all in very clean cars and all drivers are great at driving and go the extra mile helping you not to hit your head getting in and out of the car after the procedure. The nurse I was in contact with was Halil. She is excellent at explaining the procedure, the self care treatments and answered any and all questions I had. The clinic itself is very clean and professional environment and all members of the team I dealt with make you feel relaxed and know you're in good hands. I can only speak being from the UK but if anyone is thinking about getting a hair transplant and wants to save money by doing it abroad I would highly recommend MCAN.

Hilal was great and was always available and followed up frequently. The whole staff was easy to work with during the process. Never felt rushed.

I went to mcan 6 weeks ago for surgery. Was met at AP by mcan driver who took me straight to my apartment,(I chose not to stay at hotel and got my own apartment) I was picked up next morning on time and taken to the hospital, everything went well with my surgery and GG was amazing! Really looked after me. SORRY!!! But the food was inedible at the hospital, answer to that GG and driver will come to the rescue. All in all it was a great experience with all the mcan team, home now almost 5 weeks and mcan still contacting me. I would recommend mcan for surgery, I have had a number of surgeries in turkey and I find this one to be the best.
