Attended Mcan this month for an implant, teeth whitening and composite bonding. My experience from start to finish was amazing!! Everybody was friendly and caring and made you feel very safe in their hands. They were all very accommodating with any queries or alterations I had asked for getting me in the very next day. Since being back in the UK I have had contact with both Furkan and Buse who’s checked in on how everything is going and also answered any queries I have had. Furkan, Buse and Muhammet were particularly helpful during my visit! Thank you. Looking forward to going back to have the rest of my treatment finished in a few months ☺️

Everything was excellent , since the first moment I arrived to the aiport with my couple , the driver picked us up and took me to the hotel ( but also took me everywhere ) Following day the consult with the Dr , blood test and the next day , the surgery . All the time I was assisted by nurses who were close and friendly. What can I say about the Dr ! Professional and so patiently, he explained the whole process , he was so sweet . I recommend MCAN Health 100 % !!! ♥️

I had a face/neck lift upper and lower bleph on the 22/01/25 my experience with mcan health was very good from first contact with Arda who arranged everything for me from transport to hotel all the information I needed for my trip and my procedure went really smoothly surgeon was very nice I knew who my coordinator was prior to going her name was cansu who was very nice also met me at hospital to get me settled in all hospital staff was nice a bit of a language barrier but I was taken good care of and I can’t forget nil who came every day to massage me and check everything was ok My experience was very good

This wasn’t just poor service—it was dangerous, negligent, and a complete failure of patient care. I paid thousands for a procedure that failed not once, but twice. Now, I am left with no choice but to undergo full corrective surgery elsewhere—at my own expense. 🔴 *ROUND 1: SUBSTANDARD TEETH & THE FIGHT FOR A REVISION* I traveled to MCAN for an All-on-Four dental implant procedure, trusting their claims of high-quality care. Instead, I received: ❌ Substandard, non-functional prosthetics that MCAN later admitted were faulty. ❌ Teeth that didn’t fit properly, were unnatural, and caused severe discomfort. ❌ A botched procedure that left me unable to eat properly. I immediately raised concerns DURING the procedure—before they even finished. Instead, I was told: 🔺 "This is how it has to be." 🔺 "Would you rather go home with no teeth?" 🔴 MCAN ignored my pleas all weekend, only responding at 7 PM Sunday. I was still begging for help at 1 AM Monday. 🔺 MCAN left it until the last minute—only *4hrs before my flight*—to admit the teeth needed to be redone. But I had to pay for it. 🔺 With no choice, I had to fly home with faulty teeth—and the very first day back, one of them broke completely. 🔺 This left me unable to eat and suffering serious health issues. 🔴 This entire ordeal is documented in video evidence. 🔴 *ROUND 2: PRESSURED INTO SIGNING AN NDA* After weeks of fighting, MCAN finally agreed to redo the work—but only after I threatened to share my video evidence and file formal complaints. 🔺 I requested a formal agreement DAYS before my flight. MCAN ignored my request. 🔺 MCAN only sent the agreement when I was already traveling to Turkey—giving me no time to properly review it. That’s when I realized it was an NDA meant to silence me. 🔺 This was not informed consent—it was coercion. 🔴 *ROUND 3: THE SECOND SET FAILED TOO – MCAN REFUSED TO HELP* The revision still left me with: ❗ Loose prosthetics at risk of falling out. ❗ Teeth that are too big, misaligned, and unstable. ❗ Severe discomfort and the need for full corrective surgery. Two independent dental specialists confirmed that MCAN’s work was completely inadequate and requires full corrective surgery. 🔺 Instead of examining my current teeth, MCAN *based their denial on outdated X-rays taken BEFORE* the second set was placed. 🚨*MCAN LIED ABOUT COVERING MY EXPENSES* 🚨 MCAN claimed they covered all my expenses for the revision. This is false. 🔴 I paid for my flights. 🔴 I paid for my transport. 🔴 I lost significant earnings due to time off work. 🔴 MCAN only contributed €500 toward accommodation—but the majority of costs were still mine. 🔴 I have receipts proving this, and this amount is even confirmed in their own NDA. 🚨 *MCAN TRIED TO SILENCE MY DAUGHTER’S REVIEW* 🚨 🔺 Instead of addressing the serious issues I was still facing, MCAN prioritized protecting their reputation—pressuring me to force my daughter to remove her honest review. 🔴 I had no intention of returning to them. But when they tried to silence my daughter’s review with threats, I called out the ongoing issues they refused to fix. *MCAN'S LIES – EXPOSED* 🚨 🔴 *MCAN’S 1ST LIE*: "YOU REQUESTED TEETH WITHOUT PINK GUMS" I was assured before traveling that my prosthetics could be made without pink gums. I still have messages proving this. 🔴 *MCAN’S 2ND LIE*: "WE COVERED YOUR COSTS" I paid for nearly everything myself—I have receipts proving it. 🔴 *MCAN’S 3RD LIE*: "YOU ONLY EXPRESSED CONCERNS AFTER RETURNING HOME" I voiced my concerns *DURING the procedure, before they even finished*. This is backed up by video evidence. 🔴 *MCAN’S 4TH LIE*: "YOU CLAIMED THE IMPLANTS WERE THE WRONG BRAND" Two independent specialists confirmed that my implants were incorrectly placed and require full corrective surgery. 🔴 *MCAN’S 5TH LIE*: "YOU REQUESTED FINANCIAL COMPENSATION" ❌ I never asked for compensation. ❌ I only asked them to cover the cost of the reports they demanded—since their failures made them necessary. 🔴 *MCAN'S 6TH LIE*: "THE 2ND SET WAS FUNCTIONAL" My *photos and videos prove otherwise*. The 2nd set is misaligned, loose, and non-functional. 🔴 *If MCAN did nothing wrong, why did they pressure me to sign an NDA?* 🔥*MCAN CAN'T PROVE THEIR CLAIMS – BUT I CAN*🔥 I have shared photos, screenshots, and video proof across multiple groups & platforms—so that others can see the truth for themselves. 🚨 MCAN’s own response couldn’t even get my country right—so how could they be trusted to get my treatment right? 🔴 The photos, videos, and documents speak for themselves. I Deborah, recently underwent a facelift through Mcan health and i cant express enough how incredible the entire experience was, From the moment i arrived there team went above and beyond to ensure that i felt comfortable and well informed. directions for the transfer to hotel was easy with good communication from Omar who coordinated the driver, sending video of how and where to get the car. the communication whilst there was outstanding the staff took the time to explain every step of the procedure answering all my questions with patience and clarity this made me feel comfortable and secure. the level of care i received was outstanding and all the team nurses and doctors were knowledgeable and attentive. They allowed my husband to stay with me for the 2 days that i was in hospital the main surgeon who was Dr Serhat Dundar was exceptional, very confident and immediately put me at ease explaining everything in detail, his assistant Harun was equally as patient and very expert in his field. the results of my face lift are beyond what i could have hoped for, i feel rejuvenated and confident. MCAN uses all the latest techniques and technologies to deliver outstanding results. i highly recommend MCAN Health to any person wishing to undergo cosmetic surgery, now last but not least a special thank you to the nurses who were absolutely exceptional with nothing being too much bother but the outstanding nurse would have to be Hilal who nothing was too much trouble and was at the end of the phone whenever it was needed, she put me at ease through the whole journey. once again thank you so much Deborah K

The overall experience was good and quick, from doctor to nurses. My Patient Experience Specialist Hilal was very helpful and took care of me in answering my questions and made sure everything was running smoothly

I have previously used Mcan and recently reused them again as they are very professional from first contact. I was given all relevant information and quotation. Our hotel and travel were arranged by them. In the clinic pre and post ops, I was allocated my nurse Hilal, she was very supportive and professional.
