Everything was planned perfectly, making this a zero-anxiety trip. We had great information all along the way so that we knew just what to expect. All of the guides were very good and some were extraordinary. We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful and friendly country.

My family and I truly cannot thank Maria, and everyone at INCA Expert Travel, for the trip of a lifetime!!! We were very grateful for the thoughtful and expert trip planning. We enjoyed every city/region we visited, the sites we experienced, the hotels, our guides and drivers, and service. The plan to begin in the Sacred Valley to acclimate to the altitude before visiting Machu Picchu and ultimately, Cusco, was excellent. We also very much appreciated having two days at Machu Picchu, including a chance to hike Huyana Picchu for the incredible view of Machu Picchu. Maras, Pisac Ruins, llama/alpaca farm, and Cusco were also interesting and awe-inspiring. Our guides, Ivan and Manuel (Emanuel) were exceptional, and were glad to help us with anything we needed, including securing antihistamine for a bug bite. We very much enjoyed our time with them and were very grateful to get three days with Ivan! We also were grateful to our drivers - especially Angel and Jonathan - for carrying us safely, and also for their conversation. The hotels were wonderful! Innside Miraflores was a great place to rest and rejuvenate upon our arrival in Lima. Casa Andina in Ollantaytambo was comfortable and very enjoyable. We also enjoyed the restaurant very much. Our favorite was Casa del Sol Boutique in Aguas Calientes. The view and sound of the river, as well as the soaking tubs and comfortable rooms, made it an exceptional place to rest after a day at Machu Picchu. The dinner on New Year's Eve was truly special. Finally, Costa del Sol in Cusco was great. Our room was comfortable and we loved the location in the city-center. The staff was very helpful, including bringing oxygen to our daughter who suffered from the altitude, and welcoming her to rest in the reception area before we left for the airport. We also enjoyed the food there. We were grateful for your company's personal guidance every step of the way, especially the transportation arrangements. We always felt safe and relaxed on this trip. We were especially grateful to have the emergency number when our daughter needed a doctor for her altitude sickness. Your colleague had a doctor at our hotel in 20 minutes, allowing us to know she was OK and able to travel home. We will recommend INCA Expert to everyone we know. The trip was perfectly planned thanks to the assistance of Jana who was very attentive to our wishes and adapted to all our requests. Jana provided all the information needed to make the trip to Argentina an amazing experience. I cannot think of anything she could have done differently. Everything during the trip went smoothly and according to plan, while allowing some adaptations on timing. The transfers, guides and tours in Argentina were very professional and we always felt taken care of and safe.

Our family enjoyed the most amazing trip to Peru over the holiday season. We worked closely with Maria to make sure we planned to perfect trip for the amount of time we had to travel. Maria listened to all our requests and made excellent recommendations. There is so much to do in Peru- we will certainly be back! We do not often use travel agents or tour guides when visiting other countries, but this trip might have changed that for us! We were greeted by helpful people at every stop on our journey and had pre-arranged drivers. Our guides were the best and truly made the trip a great experience. Sonya, our guide at Machu Picchu, was so knowledgeable and led us on a breathtaking hike from the 104km mark. She also helped us navigate the trains and towns along the way. While we probably could have figured all of this out on our own, it was a luxury to have someone point us in the right direction. In Cusco City, our guide was Guido. At this point of our trip, we were tired and facing a red-eye flight home that night. Guido was such an excellent guide that he kept our teenage sons thoroughly engaged. He has so much information to share about the culture. I cannot recommend Incas Travel Experts enough! From the very beginning Maria was a pleasure to work with. She went out of her way to make some special experiences happen for us while in Peru. She also selected perfect hotels for our family. Everything ran exactly as planned and on time! I did need to reach out to the company while in Peru for a quick question and they answered immediately!

Everything was perfect, such as Planning, service, guide attendance and follow ups. Guides and drivers are accurate, all guides have deep knowledge with perfect English. The hotels are all comfortable and provide good services. Appreciate for everything and will recommend this tour company to anyone.
