Our trip coordinator, Debbie, made planing for the trip very easy, from creating an itinerary based on our availability and places we wanted to visit, to providing information about what to expect regarding climate, local customs, and practical things to consider during our visit, to staying on top of all the prep work needed (documentation, bookings, tickets, etc.) as the trip was getting closer to start. Once in Perú, everything was executed according to the plan. The guides and drivers were always on time, were kind, and knowledgeable and proud of the Peruvian history and culture which made us appreciate even more the places we visited and the people we met. They seemed to be enjoying their job, never rushed through anything, and made us feel welcomed. Everyone knew that we were on an anniversary trip and congratulated us, even at the hotels they left notes for us. That really made it extra special for us.

Inca Expert Travel staff, from our travel advisor, Noelia, to the tour guides and drivers in Peru, and support staff on Whatsapp are top notch, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, friendlly, and pleasant to work with. We were well taken cared of and felt safe at all times. We were also very impressed with the itinerary and the sequence, starting from Lima, to Cusco, Sacred Valley, and Machu Picchu. It was most definitely my best trip ever, and thanks to you and your team for making it flawless. It was a perfect itinerary, especially the acclimatization in Cusco, it was required. We had a blast exploring the city on our own and then the tours with your guides. We went to the restaurants on your brochures and they were 5star. All the guides were v. polite, knowledgeable and accommodating. The hikes were beautiful, and the right size for my family. We had great views of Machu Picchu and other places. Amazon lodge was excellent in service, accommodation and the excursions. It was a perfectly packed trip, the memories would stay a long time with us.

Eli was great in the planning, even last minute changes were easy. We were entirely happy, everyone was on time, waiting for us, the guides were fantastic. We did two weeks and a LOT of different places, but it was easy because Inca Expert set it all up. Itinerary was so detailed it made it fool-proof!

I used IncaExpert to handle the 8 middle days of a 17-day trip to Peru, my first. That involved constructing an itinerary involving Lima, Arequipa, Colca Canyon, Cusco, the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu. The phone advice from my advisor Maximiliano beforehand was very helpful in planning, particularly with regard to my concerns about possible altitude sickness visiting Colca Canyon and Cusco (I took medication and experienced not even a headache, just shortness of breath climbing; it was reassuring knowing that I would be covered 24/7 by IncaExpert should any problem arise though). The private and small group tours arranged for me had excellent indigenous guides and transportation, and the largest group was 5. The tour of Cusco included amazing nearby Inca ruins. In Arequipa my advisor had recommended a tour of the stone quarry producing the white blocks of silla stone, and that was very worthwhile. Everyone was there on time for airport transport and tours, and the more complicated logistics from Cusco to Machu Picchu via the Sacred Valley were explained in person to me in Cusco, which was helpful. I booked all of the internal flights on LATAM myself, and one hotel on the tour. Although one could save considerable money no doubt by handling everything by oneself online, finding good tour guides and transportation is not always easy. I was happy with my stress-free experience on a wonderful trip, and can recommend IncaExpert (Peru for Less is apparently part of the same company, but one not using 4-star hotels).

Inca Expert made our trip to Argentina absolutely amazing. They were able to coordinate 4 different locations (Mendoza, Buenos Aires, El Chalten, El Calafate) seamlessly. Our stay in each location was at a great hotel, the price was reasonable and they were able to tailor the experience exactly to what we wanted! In particular Liela Dancuart, our travel advisor, was a major help with the planning. She towed the line between providing insightful advice as to how to make our trip the best, but did not railroad us into a vacation that didn't suit our travel style and wants. I would work with her again and again (and plan to for our ski trip to Chile). If you are going to Argentina, the wine tours in Mendoza are phenomenal and be sure to check out Soberana in Mendoza, the meal was out of this world. If you have the opportunity and like to hike, the trip to El Chalten is worth it. The vistas - amazing. The town - charming. The people - a blast. We stayed in Destino Sur, and it was a 5 star experience in a location at the bottom of world. I can't recommend it highly enough.
