Inca Expert Travel and our agent Eli Cabrera were 100% perfection. From the planning stages when Eli answered all my emails in a timely fashion to the very last detail of going on the trip. We were met on time, every time by friendly drivers who were always waiting for us. The tour guides were kind and friendly and provided so much knowledge (ask for Javier if he is available in Peru). Every detail, every step of the way went smoothly, every hotel was perfect, and Peru is just an amazing country. Our trip to Peru was one of the best trips we have ever taken in our life! From the start Maria Jose was amazing and professional in helping plan the perfect vacation, and very responsive whenever I had a question or an idea about the itinerary to discuss. I do most of our families vacation planning, and this was the first time we have used a vacation planner for a trip. With that being said, Maria Jose really was impressive in the way she was able to help even an experienced trip planner like myself make our trip plan great from the start. Once we got to Peru, everything was made so easy, someone from Inca Expert Travel met us at each location and reviewed the next days ahead, and this really gave us a level of comfort with travel to a country we had not been to before. The actual days of vacation were amazing, as Peru is truly one of the most impressive places on earth to visit. Each day we had a new adventure. Sure a highlight was Machu Picchu as everyone expects, but pretty much everything we did was just as impressive and memorable. Stellar experience using Inca Expert Travel for our recent trip to Peru. Right from the first phone call to the last leg of the trip, the team was exceptional in everything they did and left no stone unturned to ensure we enjoyed our trip to the fullest leaving all the planning and operational details for the Inca expert team to take care of. A thougthfully curated itinerary which was further customized to suit our needs, patiently answering all our questions strongly reinforced our decision to use them even before the trip began. And during the trip itself, all the careful planning and behnd the scenes coordination came together spectacularly to ensure we had an unforgettable experience. Everything including our special needs, dietary preferences (vegetarians traveling with a 3 year old) were honored and communicated to everyone that needed to know in a manner we could not have possibly done it ourselves. The tour guides were punctual, knowledgeable, friendly and were great representatives of both Peru and the Inca expert company. All in all, a perfect 10 and an experience we would repeat in a hearbeat and would have no reservations whatsoever in recommending to others.

From the planning up until the end of our trip everything went smoothely. All of our guides were on time and very knowledgeable. The hotels chosen by Maria Jose were beyond beautiful.

We decided to go to Peru with very limited time and a very short notice. Inca travel responded quickly with a sound plan that filled our needs on a very good price range. Once in Peru every detail was perfect, guides were excellent and communication outstanding. Next Peru trip will be with them again.

Would definitely recommend Inca Expert. Except for a minor hiccup in one of my tours, everything was smooth sailing. Their hotline is always responsive. Service is really topnotch. Also, the hotels and tours were great. Everyone was very professional and the hotels are better than the usual budget hotels.

The trip was well organized, we didnt have to worry about any details related to travel, drivers, guides, locations. The guides spoke good english and kept with our pace. It was a seamless experience.The hotels were very good- only wish I had spent more time enjoying them. Felt like I rushed thru this trip. I took back with me a great experience of Peru and hope to return soon to indulge some more in the awesome food and the surroundings. My regrets are- 1- not doing the Baby Inca trail -Day hike to Machu Picchu 2- not going to the rainforest side of Peru. 3- would like to explore some more of the beautiful surroundings and some Short treks. All in all it was a memorable trip!! Thank u, appreciate all your help in organizing it in such a short time frame.

Debbie (our contact with Inca Expert Travel) was friendly, very knowledgeable, enthusiastic about her country, and professional. She was expeditious in all of our communication via phone, text or email. She was also proactive in giving us answers to questions we hadn't thought of yet (but helped a lot) and she gave excellent suggestions/choices for our trip's success.
